Martin Daniels: The Jerry McGuire of Real Estate Martin is the best. He is passionate about what he does which made him enjoyable to work with. He was very helpful throughout the entire process of buying my first home and I couldn't be any happier with my choice! It started many months ago with my tough requirements: a 3 bedroom, duplex-up, living area on both floors, and a private roof-deck with a beautiful skyline view. Not too demanding right? After explaining my requirements to Martin, he began the extensive search process. We searched high and low, but every place had a one-off from my requirements. I was close to purchasing one place, but Martin persuaded me to stick to my requirements as I would be living here for the next 10 years and waiting a few months isn't that long in comparison. I thought it that this was it. We talked about changing my requirements but he played an excellent devil's advocate and convinced me to stay on the beaten path. Well sure enough, after a month and a half of anxious waiting, the perfect place came to the market. Martin and I agreed, all the requirements were met and it was time to pursue. During the negotiations, Martin was a force to be reckoned with. He helped me determine a price point and a strategy to get it. At one point, Martin advised to walk away which I reluctantly did. This is when the trust in the relationship between the real-estate agent and the client is truly tested. I ended up yielding to Martin's expert tutelage and it did indeed pay off, literally! We ended up getting the best price and I'm still left in shock and awe on how well everything worked out. I'm so happy with my new home. I say Martin is like Jerry McGuire because of the level of personal attention and commitment he brings to the table. When making, what is most likely one of the biggest purchases of your life, it is important to surround yourself with people you can trust and Martin is that for me. Thank you Martin!
